Bees have been fascinating to humans for millennia, from their hive behavior to the honey they produce. Join us as we celebrate National Honey Month with Jake Reisdorf of Carmel Honey Company. Jake brings his experience as a beekeeper and passion for the insects as we delve into the process of making honey — from flowers effect on honey flavor to the issues facing bees and beekeepers today.
