FNR 86 California Naturalist Certification, 1.5 units
The course takes place over a week at Baker Station, the High Sierra Institute campus at Columbia College. Due to ongoing changes in COVID-19 safety restrictions for in-person meetings, at this time there is a limit of 10 people in the dorms at the Station (1 person per room), with additional students tent camping on site. Please visit the college website for the latest information.
This course satisfies the course requirements to become a California Certified Naturalist. Classroom and field experience in California natural history, communication training, and community service. Materials fee of $55 is required.
